The solution was rooted in a collaborative, user-centered design process to ensure the new platform solved real-world friction.

Discovery & Workshops: We initiated the project with workshop sessions to map out the ideal recruitment flow and draft initial low-fidelity wireframes.

User Research & Interviews: I conducted one-on-one interviews with the primary users (recruiters) to identify specific “deal-breaker” pain points in their daily workflow.

Stakeholder Alignment: Interviews with stakeholders helped define the business requirements, specifically the need for external company accounts to view hiring progress.

Iterative Wireframing: We moved into a dedicated wireframing phase, characterized by multiple “back-and-forth” feedback rounds. This ensured that the transition from spreadsheet-based work to a digital platform felt intuitive rather than overwhelming.
